The only ones that were really hard were the lower shock mount bushings. I used a wide tip blunt nosed screwdriver to shoehorn it in. I found that on that bushing you have to use less force, just get it started in then push on it with the screwdriver and it will pop right in there. You do have to have a lot of hand strength to do this without all the fancy tools.
